How to Make a Return
If your order was placed online, returns are made via Nova Poshta. To arrange a return, please contact us via Direct Message. We will provide you with the necessary return details and instructions on how to send the item back.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you discover a manufacturing defect after receiving your order, please contact us and send us photos or a video showing the issue. We will review the situation and offer the most appropriate solution.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by improper use or care of the product.
Delivery
Orders within Ukraine are shipped via Nova Poshta. Delivery times depend on the destination city and the selected delivery method. Shipping costs are charged according to Nova Poshta’s current rates.
