Terms for purchasing products remotely from DECLASSIC.

1. General provisions
This Public Offer (the “Offer”) sets out the terms for distance sales of products through the DECLASSIC store (the “Website”). Publishing this Offer on the Website is an invitation to enter into a product sale-and-purchase agreement on the terms below.
By placing an order and ticking the acceptance checkbox, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted this Offer in full.

3. Products and Website information
The Website provides product names, photos, descriptions, composition, available sizes, prices, and other material characteristics. Product colours and images may differ slightly from the actual item because of screen settings.
Product availability, price, and available variants are confirmed during checkout. The Seller may clarify order details before confirmation.
4. Placing and confirming an order
The customer independently selects the product, size, and other available parameters, adds products to the bag, and provides the data necessary to place and deliver the order.
Before submitting the order, the customer can review selected products, price, available payment and delivery methods, and their cost where applicable. The Website sends confirmation to the supplied email address. The Seller may contact the customer to clarify details where necessary.
5. Price and payment
Prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia unless otherwise stated next to a product. The available payment method, timing, and restrictions are shown during checkout.

6. Delivery
Available delivery methods, costs, and estimated terms are displayed during checkout. The customer provides delivery details and is responsible for their accuracy.

7. Cancellation, exchange, and returns
The cancellation, exchange, and return process is governed by this Offer and applicable Ukrainian law. To contact us about cancellation, exchange, or a return, email [email protected] and include the order number.

8. Personal data
By placing an order or creating an account, the customer confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy. Data is used only for the purposes stated there and to fulfil the order.
9. Disputes and governing law
The parties will seek to resolve requests and disputes through discussion. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved under applicable Ukrainian law.
10. Changes to this Offer
The Seller may update this Offer. An order is governed by the version available to the customer when it was placed. The revision date is displayed at the bottom of this page.

Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- Nova Poshta – branch, parcel locker, or courier delivery;
- Ukrposhta – branch, parcel locker, or courier delivery;
- Meest – branch, parcel locker, or courier delivery.
Free delivery is available for orders from UAH 300. The available service and delivery cost are confirmed during checkout.
Returns and exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and unworn, with its original condition, tags, and labels preserved.
Returns of online orders within Ukraine are sent via Nova Poshta. The cost of return delivery is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the payment using the original payment method.
